All prices are shown in CAD. Applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST, QST) are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely through our checkout providers. Shaun Store does not store full payment card details on our servers.

We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, except where consumer protection laws in your province require otherwise.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shaun Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in that order, except where law does not allow these limits.

We ship across Canada only. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if there is a delivery issue.
1. Shipping area
We ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Order processing time
- Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak seasons, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping methods and tracking
We ship using trusted carriers (such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or similar).
Tracking is provided when available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
4. Estimated delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected. These are estimates:
- Major cities: often 2 to 5 business days
- Other areas: often 5 to 10 business days
- Remote areas and territories: may take longer
Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can affect delivery times.
5. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and are based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping option.
Free shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over 150 CAD before tax, after discounts. Oversized items may be excluded.
6. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned because the address is incorrect or unclaimed, we may refund the order minus shipping charges and any return to sender fees charged by the carrier.
7. Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building reception
- Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the carrier investigation
8. Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@shaunstore.ca
We will guide you on next steps and help with claims where needed.

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are issued, and how to start a return.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 07 days of delivery.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued for:
- Approved returns that meet our policy conditions
- Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (after verification)
- Orders cancelled before shipping (if cancellation is possible)
3. Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Must include all accessories, manuals, parts, and inserts
- Must be in resellable condition
We inspect all returns before approving a refund.
4. Items that are not eligible for refund or return
For hygiene and safety, we may not accept returns or issue refunds on:
- Opened earbuds or in ear headphones
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance (if stated at purchase)
- Used or installed items
- Items missing packaging or accessories
- Gift cards (if sold)

5. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you received a defective item, damaged item, or the wrong item:

- Provide your order number and photos or a short video
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case and stock availability. If the issue is confirmed, we will cover return shipping or provide a label.
6. How to start a return

- Reason for return
- Photos if item is damaged or defective
If approved, we will send return instructions and the return address.
7. Return shipping costs
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns.
- If the return is due to our mistake, defect, or shipping damage, we will cover return shipping or provide a label.
8. Refund timeline
Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within 3 to 7 business days. Bank posting time can take additional days depending on your payment provider.
9. Shipping fees and refunds
Shipping fees are not refundable unless:
